We offer physical products such as printed manuals and reference books. These goods are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Services for Companies

If you cancel a service request at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days. If cancellation occurs less than 5 business days before the start date, a 50% refund applies. Due to scheduling commitments and resource allocation, services that have commenced cannot be refunded. However, you may request to transfer your service to a later date subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products may be reviewed prior to download. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. If the product is damaged or used, a restocking fee may apply.

6. Service Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a service must be made at least 3 business days before the original date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard refund policy applies.

7. How to Request a Refund or Rescheduling

To initiate a refund or reschedule a service, please contact us via our contact form. Include your order number, service details, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.

8. Changes to Terms

Asesores Legales Pro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
